4 pork chops (fat trimmed)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Mix soup, water, onions and peppers. Put in slow cooker. Brown pork chops on both sides, then add to cooker. cook 3-4 hours on medium low. (I only have a high and low, so I use high.) Add cut up potatoes to last 1 1/2 hours. Thicken liquid for gravy if desired.
